1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored by a website in your browser. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, tags, and identifiers. They can remember settings, support security, and help measure how a site is used. Some are deleted when the browser session ends; others remain until they expire or are deleted.

3. Google Analytics and measurement providers
Botless uses Google Analytics to understand website usage. Google Analytics may use first-party cookies to distinguish browsers and sessions. Your browser may send Google information such as the page URL, IP address, device and browser details, online identifiers, and interaction events. Google may process this information according to its own terms and privacy policies.

Botless may also use the Google tag for advertising conversion measurement and Hotjar to understand page interactions and improve usability. 4. Your controls
You can configure your browser to block or delete cookies and clear local storage. Blocking necessary storage may prevent forms, sessions, preferences, or other features from working correctly.
You may use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Browser settings, privacy extensions, and device controls may provide additional choices.
5. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when technologies, providers, or legal requirements change. The revised version takes effect when published unless applicable law requires another form of notice.
